“We must all choose between the two, the pain of discipline or the pain of regret”
Subconsciously everyday I would read this and make a choice. I choose discipline because I knew that going through something hard would help me become better.
It all started with my daily habits & I built upon them.
I stacked my habits to where I am today.
It was hard at the beginning because it was unfamiliar.
It’s second nature for me now & has helped me curate this beautiful life.
